I can't remember? It's been awhile since we heard from some of you. Let me know if you have any questions. I have 45 or so on the list so far...let's chat away! Our website is www.classannual.com:8080/MissionBay1989/ Any Alumni Stories this week? Are any of you going to the game on Friday? I believe it begins at 3pm, but you may want to check. My alumni story for the week is about what I wore to school my first day as a newly 9th grader at MBHS. We were the first 9th grade class, right? I saw the picture awhile back! I thought I was SO COOL wearing my black jeans, a pink pullover sweater, and pink keds. Oh my! Yes, working at Wesley Palms in the evening (after school) was fun too. You all were my social scene-Betsy Z! Ok, enough for now... Hope all are doing well! I love October... Well, I did not dress up for Halloween. Couldn't tell you the last time I did, it's been that long ago! My daughter, Phoebe, is almost 3 and she dressed up as Marie from The Aristocats Disney movie. She went to dance class this morning dressed in costume and danced for an hour and now I'm cooking dinner. After dinner, we will get into costume again and go out Trick or Treating. That's my Halloween! Have a fun night! All daaay long. We are not allowed to dress up at my school, kind of ironic isn't it? What happened to the good old days. Jill, you sound like a regular June Cleaver today! You rock the stay-at-home-mom gig! So domestic in your poodle skirt! Haha! I hope you really enjoyed your day with your little one. Last Saturday's neighborhood Halloween party was the first time I dressed up since. I think, 4th grade??! My hubby and I were threatened that if we didn't come to the party costumed up, our friends would find humiliating costumes to make us wear. So, we did the couple thing. I went as a bumble bee, my husband as a bee catcher. With the hat with the net and all. it was pretty cute. Our kids got a kick out of us dressing up. Tonight, we were just ourselves though, sitting out amongst our scary decorated yard, fog machine and corpses and such..made a fire in our outdoor pit, popped a beer, and handed out candy. Just relaxed and enjoyed all the cute costumes. Funny. we didn't see our own kids all night though! They were staffing a haunted house that they helped build at our neighbor's house. No more trick-or-treating for them now that they're old guys! They don't want to be those annoying teenagers that are waaaay too old to be mooching candy! Hahaha.. I hope everyone is holding up over there, with the fires and all. ~Fran~ -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
