Gary and I went to summer school together at San Diego State. On the ride to and fro we had a good time and a lot of laughs. I had him for physiology my Senior year and his class really helped me in college and dental school. Duane and I both took upper division classes our freshmen year in college and both remarked how much having Mr. Wise had helped us get ahead of the class and grading curve. I know I have often thought fondly of Gary, and I wish I could have told him how much I appreciated his skill and wit, he made going to class fun.
